The Greater Houston Builder's Association's Sales and Marketing Council presents the Million Dollar Circle Awards!

Applications Open: January 5, 2026
Deadline: February 17, 2026

ELIGIBILITY:

• Onsite Sales Professionals, Onsite Sales Team Managers, and REALTORS® or Realtor Teams who closed over $1M in new construction homes (no resale homes), during the 2025 calendar year are eligible to submit numbers.
  
  
• Company must be a member of the GHBA and recipients must be a member of the Sales and Marketing Council in good standing (dues paid)!
  
  
• If you are unsure of your member status, please check in the GHBA directory before submitting your numbers by clicking here where you can search for your name.  If you are not a member, please join the SMC online by clicking here: https://members.ghba.org/ap/Membership/Application/4rk50KP5.  You may also contact events@ghba.org or call 281-970-8970 to request an SMC membership application to fill out and return.  
  
  
• If you submit numbers to receive a certificate and are NOT verified as a member of the SMC (or if your SMC membership has lapsed), you will be contacted to complete membership requirements.
  
  
• Submittal of MDC closed sales numbers (subject to verification) and payment of SMC dues in full are due by February 17!
  
  
• You must attend the Million Dollar Circle Awards event in order to be recognized and receive a certificate. Certificates will not be mailed or delivered after the event!

• Admission to Event

*Payment is required at the time of registration. Refunds for cost of participation are only available if cancellation notice is provided at least 7 days prior to the event.
