2026 Homebuilding & Remodeling Expo - 24th Annual

Don't miss the Expo this year! This event is a great chance to connect with hundreds of builders, remodelers, and developers in a fun, high-energy setting. Limited sponsorships are still available, so grab your spot today! Booths are available on June 11th!

To begin the booth selection and reservation process, please visit our Expo landing page at: https://ghba.org/expo/ and complete the Exhibitor Agreement Form. Please complete each of the following steps. Your booth is NOT confirmed until you have completed each of the following steps. NO EXCEPTIONS.

1. Complete the Exhibitor Agreement Form and return to the Show Director, who will confirm that you qualify to participate in the show.  Show Director is Jennifer Boggs. Note: You MUST be an active GHBA member at the time of registration AND on show days to participate.

2.  Show Director will follow-up with the registration link. YOU MUST USE THS LINK TO REGISTER AND PAY. Payment is due at the time of registration. You will also be able to select incidentals such as Passport-to-Win and Innovation Tag** (NEW this year) through the link provided by the Show Director. NO EXCEPTIONS.

3.  Please be sure to keep a copy of the Exhibitor Agreement Form. This is your contract for participation in the Homebuilding and Remodeling Expo. Please be sure to note the additional information on page 2 for your planning purposes.

4.  Welcome to EXPO!

** Notes & Updates **

• Electricity is included in the price of the booth this year. Please make sure you provide notice to Show Director that you would like electricity. If you do not, you will not be provided a hook-up.
• NEW THIS YEAR:  The Innovation/High Performance Homebuilding Tag! If you plan on showing high performance, innovative, and/or sustainable products/services in homebuilding and remodeling, and would like that noted on your booth and on the map, please be sure to select this item in your registration process!

If you are a builder/remodeler/developer wishing to attend, please either make sure you are registered for your required Annual Contracts Seminar OR have received your pass either via email or in the mail. Thanks! If you have not yet received your show pass, please reach out to Jennifer Boggs FMI!

Associates - in order to attend Expo you MUST be (a) an active GHBA Member, AND (b) an EXPO Exhibitor. You may NOT attend the show without a booth. No exceptions.
