Rhonda Ducre Flanagan is a real estate professional with the Flanagan Real Estate Team at Connect Realty, serving buyers, sellers, and builders throughout Southeast Texas. She has successfully helped over 60 buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, including many clients purchasing newly constructed homes.

Rhonda works closely with builders to market new construction and bring qualified buyers to their developments. She also collaborates during the building process by assisting with selections such as colors, flooring, and interior finishes to help ensure homes appeal to today’s market.

She holds the ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), and CHMS (Certified Home Marketing Specialist) designations and is known for her hands-on approach, strong communication, and commitment to helping both builders and clients succeed.
