Webinar: Know Your Rights During Immigration Enforcement at the Jobsite

The GHBA is aware of the immigration enforcement activity happening at jobsites across our region, and we know this is an issue many of our members are dealing with and have questions about. To help provide some clarity, we are hosting a free, anonymous webinar with the Texas Immigration Law Council (TILC) focused on knowing your rights if immigration officers show up at a jobsite. 

TILC will provide practical information on what employers and jobsite personnel should know, including: 

• What to expect if immigration officers arrive at a jobsite
• The rights and responsibilities of employers and employees
• What employers can and cannot do during an enforcement action
• How companies can prepare their teams
