Shower Doors of Houston is hiring a hunter-style B2B salesperson to open and grow custom home builder and contractor accounts across the Houston market.
You will prospect, build relationships, and close new builder accounts from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and acquire custom home builders, remodelers, and contractors
- Generate new business through cold outreach, in-person visits, networking, and follow-up
- Build relationships with owners, project managers, and purchasing contacts
- Present high-quality custom shower and glass solutions
- Manage pipeline and activity in CRM
- Turn new accounts into long-term, repeat builder partners
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in B2B / outside / business development sales
- Experience selling to builders, contractors, or construction trades strongly preferred
- Comfortable with cold calling, door-to-door visits, and relationship selling
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Local Houston market knowledge a plus
