Furthermore, Mr. Eastwood will discuss certification package for Harris County, Fort Bend County and Montgomery County.He will also discuss Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Studies including, wetlands, subsidence, faulting, etc. In addition, he will discuss geotechnical field studies including site conditions, drilling equipment, sampling, groundwater, laboratory testing, underground utilities, proofrolling, burn pits, compaction, perched water table, etc. He will also cover subgrade stabilization, such as lime and lime-fly ash stabilization. He will also discuss dewatering techniques, wood organics removal, pad building, concrete placement and properties, etc.
