Description

By taking this course, you will gain the ability to answer your client's questions about how their new house gets built. Through the use of pictures and props we will discuss the home building process. This will include scheduling,foundations, framing, mechanical systems and much more. After 3 hours you'll be able to discuss the process with confidence. TREC Course #37317 / Real Estate Elective CE Credits: 3.0
